About the Team & Role:

Payrix (Part of FIS Global) group needs an experienced UX/UI Designer who is creative, innovative and has a passion for making delightful products for our users. You will spend your time doing research, designing, and prototyping the look and feel of desktop and mobile platforms. The goal is to make the products more intuitive, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing for the user. You will be empowered to make decisions and be responsible for building frameworks that will develop into the next level of our applications. You will need to know that platform end to end and find ways to improve the user experience through implementing a simplified and modernized version of our application.

What you will be doing:

• Working with users to understand customer pain points and designing solutions that will benefit the platform.

• Working with the engineering team to refine requirements and collaborating within a cross-functional product team to make improvements to our UX/UI

• The ability to present wireframes with an explanation of business requirements and user workflow

• Creating new workflows for improved user experience for a global client base

• Identify target user groups and carry out interviews, surveys, and other research methods to collect customer feedback.

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.

What you will need:

• 4-5 years of user experience role

• 4-5 years of experience with User Interface

• knowledge of adobe XD

Added Bonus if you have:

• Experience in the payments industry

• 4-year degree in design
