Position Summary
This position will make appointments, perform patient check in and check out procedures, processes financial information, and provides patient billing information. Demonstrates effective customer service and computer skills. Preferred experience with EPIC systems and work in a health care setting.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, proficiency in excel a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, skilled in organizing and coordinating a wide variety of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Preferred experience with EPIC systems and work in a health care setting.
