The company is currently looking for an ambitious UX/Product Designer who will help reach their ambitious goals and assist in transforming the lives of millions of teachers, students, and parents globally. In this role, you will need to comprehend both potential technical constraints as well as the business needs of the market.
Closely collaborating with the Product Owner, you will develop Figma designs for the client's application. Additionally, you will be required to develop the product's functionality and conduct user testing in order to ensure the optimal user experience.

Core responsibilities
- Creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Supporting the client's product vision by conducting research, creating sketches, and performing user testing for digital products.
- Design and delivery of user stories and journeys.
- Development of device and interface-optimized mockups.
- Identification of design-related issues and development of solutions.
- Ability to make strategic, design and user-experience decisions on core, as well as new features and functionalities of the app.
- Implement user-centered design strategies, being able to quickly test the designs and making necessary iterations accordingly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design. Candidates with expertise in building intricate solutions for comprehensive digital environments will be given preference.
- Ability to work well in a distributed model to collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and effectively communicate design processes and solutions to clients.
- Ability to convert abstract concepts into practical design implications and iterate designs and solutions effectively.
- Proven working experience in building UI application designs in Figma.
- Basic knowledge of coding languages (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) will be considered a plus.
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design and expertise in leveraging UX design best practices to create solutions.
- Understanding the significance of design thinking and user-centered design.
- Vast interest in resolving user pain points through advanced design solutions.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
