ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Greet guests in a professional hospitable manner.

· Assist guest by carrying their luggage to and from assigned room.

· Ensure that the guest is properly settled in room.

· Answer Bellstand phone within 3 rings.

· Deliver guest valet laundry, shoes and any other items required by guest.

· Complete all required checklists per shift.

· Ensure timely delivery/retrieval of all luggage or packages.

· Supply directions and information regarding hotel outlets, hours of operation, surrounding areas, room location, views, amenities, etc.

· Ensure hospitality standards are maintained.
