This position is a fully in office opportunity at our corporate office located downtown Columbus, Ohio. Our new built corporate offices overlook the downtown Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. - Investor Relationship Management. Work closely with Managing Directors to service current investors and develop new institutional and HNW/Family Office investor relationships.
- Investor Communication. Serve as a primary point of contact and information conduit to the investor community on behalf of Coastal Ridge. Communicate the company’s strategy and performance to investors on an ongoing basis. Prepare presentation materials for external and internal audiences related to fundraising objectives.
- Investor Reporting. Lead the preparation and distribution of investor presentations and quarterly reporting in coordination with the Investor Relations Manager and the Portfolio Management, Finance, and Accounting teams. Work across departments to ensure accurate financial summaries.
- Industry Expertise. Advise company management on relevant industry trends and shareholder concerns.
- Process Optimization. Enhance process efficiency and effectiveness of the Investor Relations function.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in the commercial real estate or financial services industry with a focus on investor relations, capital markets or business development. Private equity or banking experience and/or knowledge is a plus.
- Sound understanding of key investment metrics (IRR, ROI, NOI, cap rates, NPV, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with an institutional client base
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching a team
