The Judge Direct Placement is currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for a Manufacturing Support Services company in the Warrington, PA area.

COMPENSATION:150k to 190k plus bonus

LOCATION: Warrington, PA (Onsite position NOT remote)

MUST HAVE: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related (Juris Doctor (JD) preferred)

MUST HAVE: 10 plus years of Human Resources experience in a corporate/ interstate role in a manufacturing or industrial services company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the company?s HR and Payroll plans

• Reports directly to the COO

- Work closely with field operations and human resources personnel to execute a successful Human - Resources strategy

• Manages all aspects of the human resources function

• Continually assess immediate and long-term needs

• Create monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs and KPIs)

• Utilize business metrics to inform leadership on opportunities where innovative solutions

• Resolve escalated employee issues

• Exceed expectations related to employee relation issues (Customer issues, Legal/Compliance)

• Ensure all procedures, policies and company communication complies with legal regulations

• Oversee Workers Comp and Healthcare benefits issues

• Mitigating risk (Legal action, EEOC, DOL, arbitrations)

• Implement cost saving related to human capital functions

• Meet growth objectives

• Track, share and record important data

• Escalate issues that could impact local or national exposures

• Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)

• Lead company-wide HR projects and initiatives

• Manage, and develop team to achieve strategic objectives

• Maintain manufacturing recruitment, placement, training, development, and retention programs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related (Juris Doctor (JD) preferred)

• 10 plus years of Human Resources experience in a corporate/ interstate role in a manufacturing or industrial services company

• PHR/SPHR preferred

• Experience managing large multi-state teams

• Strong knowledge of HR and employment laws/regulations

• Knowledge in all Human Resources related areas (Organizational development, leadership and talent development, HR process design, compensation management, HR administration and Diversity and Inclusion)
