We are seeking an on-site Producer/Project Manager in our Miami, FL office responsible for understanding, organizing, planning, and managing all aspects of video production projects for our internal brands. The producer will handle project logistics, manage relationships with all stakeholders and creatives, and ensure projects are completed according to established timelines. This Position reports to Director of Video Production

Education and Experience :

Essential Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders and team to ensure everyone is informed and up to date on all projects and progress
• Schedule meetings, production timelines, shoot days, and deadlines
• Manage, organize, and schedule projects through our project management tool, Asana
• Assist and collaborate in project creative planning
• Evaluate each project on a daily basis to make sure it is on pace and following production flow
• Find, hire, and manage the crew, cast, and locations for each project
• Collaborate with editor, script writer, animator, designer, and others working on the project to ensure all players are on task, on time, and on brand
• Serve as a creative consultant by giving constructive creative criticism on videos during the edit process.
• Serve as a final check before any content is delivered to stakeholders.
• Research, schedule and organize project details (flights, hotels, rentals, meals, etc.)
• Be professional and ready for brand facing meetings and relationship building
• Manage the crew and talent on production days ensuring they are prepared, focused, and on schedule
• Conduct research and development for upcoming projects
• Perform additional tasks and/or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' work experience within a marketing, project management or video production environment
• Prior experience in social media planning and content creation is a plus
• Strong project management skills including but not limited to planning, organizing, directing, and delegating.
• Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization skills and organization skills
• Self-starter with a passion for learning new skills, having an ownership mindset, and taking the initiative
• Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to change
• Strong ability to build and maintain quality, professional relationships
• Effectively able to manage stress and complete projects on time according to established deadlines
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with active listening ability
