Job description

Warehouse lead (great job for a mom who wants to work during the school day) or student. Prep, list & ship inventory to sell on Amazon. We are flexible and can work around most schedules.

What you will do:

• Become caretaker of our continuous improvement culture in operations.
• Monitor and drive key performance end to end metrics to ensure that we are providing excellent customer experience and delivering on our promises
• Manage and motivate the warehouse prep and ship team to hit and exceed all weekly goals
• Maintain strict inventory/receiving records to ensure accurate inventory counts at all times
• Constantly evaluate operations processes and identify opportunities to drive improved performance, cost and customer experience
• Lead by example and be hands-on in all warehouse and fulfillment capacities, container unloading, pick and pack fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, peak season planning, coaching, etc.
• Build processes and think outside the box in an environment with many moving parts to drive improvement lower costs
• Manage inventories for supplies and review pricing when appropriate.

Skills and Experience (preferred not required)

• Familiarity with project management and pm tools -e.g. slack, asana, Kanban, Scrum
• Amazon/Ecommerce Platform knowledge
• Excel and Microsoft word
• Basic math skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $18.79 - $19.49 per hour
