We are now recruiting qualified candidates for a Warehouse Team Lead

A Warehouse Team Lead will:

• Serve as lead over assigned warehouse functions / personnel
• Train and provide lead work direction and guidance to staff
• Prioritize daily work
• Inspect and ensure quality of product leaving the plant
• Ensure security of the facility
• Complete daily paperwork
• Oversee and participate in stocking of products; plan storage locations for inventory control, etc.
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure condition

To be a successful candidate you must:

• Have a current fork lift certification required
• Prior experience in warehousing leadership or manufacturing leadership preferred
• Prior chemical experience preferred
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted and on a regular basis
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to follow directions/policy/procedures as instructed
• Be a safety minded individual
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a drug screen
