Who We Are:
Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.
Job Summary:
The warehouse lead will be the main contact for all loading, stocking, and inventory of the product in our warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load Vans/Trucks accurately with requested inventories
- Check-in Driver Sales Reps ensuring accurate returns
- Restock pull rows with appropriate product
- Inventory Audit – count all items and report totals to Ops Manager
- Offload incoming shipments (as needed)
- Pickup local BOLs (as needed)
- Keep warehouse, perimeter, and offices clean
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Valid Class D Driver’s License (minimum)
- Valid Class A or B Driver’s License (preferred)
- Forklift Experience (preferred); On-site Forklift training (if necessary)
- 2 years of Beverage Distribution Experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 25-45 pounds throughout the day.
