Blue Bell Creameries is in search of a Distribution Supervisor responsible for managing Blue Bell Creameries tractor / trailer operations. This position is based at the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma plant location.

Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Broken Arrow.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Driver/Vehicle Safety
• Managing Labor hours
• Managing Company Assets
• Managing Scheduling/Routing of drivers

Required Experience:

• Must Possess a Class A license
• 3 years of Class A driving experience
• Extensive knowledge of FMSCA Rules & Regulations
• Minimum of two years’ experience managing within Logistics field
• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience working with electronic data
• Detail oriented

Ability to:

• Drive equipment and make deliveries
• Travel to locations to perform training when needed
• Work on Saturdays and holidays as needed
• To be accessible 24/7
• Complete projects on time
• Communicate /work with the fleet shop in emergency and regular maintenance issues
• Communicate knowledge of the refrigeration system on a reefer trailer
• Communicate knowledge of Class 8 tractor
