Looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the manufacture and shipping of science kits for kids. We fill bottles, measure out powders, add labels, and ship them from a warehouse in Simi Valley, CA.

The operation is growing very fast, we add more warehouse workers every few weeks. The right candidate should be experienced in growing a warehouse operation from its early stages. This is a very fast-moving startup environment where things change and grow weekly.

Pay:

• $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Tasks:

• Improve floor productivity
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team (15-45 ppl over time).
• Hire and train new staff.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Motivate, organize, and discipline staff.
• Plan ahead (more equipment, better processes, more storage, etc.)

Required experience:

• 3+ years managing a warehouse operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
