We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities in our Life Sciences operation
• Provide daily shift supervision for all items relating to contract, people, products, premises & security
• To provide effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development
• To manage a team to achieve site and customer KPI's
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Maintain necessary health & safety and compliance standards within the area of life sciences
• Manage all absence, grievance and disciplinary issues in line with HR policy

• Warehouse management experience is essential.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, process & procedures.
• General working knowledge of all functional aspects, mainly QA.
• Strong Communication Skills (both verbal & written).
• Experience in Security Processes.
• Audit experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to adapt and react to changes and challenges.
• Ability to work pro-actively.
