Warehouse Shipping Lead
Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan, oversee and participate in the warehouse operations and activities of the DC; ship, process, and issue warehouse stock; assure stock and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
· Ship, identify mark, and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
· Monitor and perform daily receiving transactions to ensure accuracy and uniformity of methods.
· Maintain daily cycle count program to ensure 100% inventory accuracy with receiving area and help aid in implementing corrective actions & procedures to eliminate the root of the cause.
· Communicate with various Department personnel to provide and receive information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities.
· Maintain a system that ensures full accountability for all material transactions in the receiving process.
· Assist and monitor to evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback targeted at continuous improvement.
· Ensure employees receive ongoing training and development of skills required for their position. Ensuring training is targeted as required to improve each associate's deficiency.
· Provide support of continuous improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain a variety of records, KPI, files, and reports; maintain records of stock and order supplies, as necessary.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment and coordinate cleanups daily. Work to continuously improve the cleanliness and organization of the receiving areas.
· Operate a variety of warehouse equipment; arrange for the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as needed.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with and motivate employees in assigned areas and lead by example.
· Operate a computer, emails, Excel, Word to process reports and forms, and maintain inventory of warehouse materials as required.

· Maintain records, inventory, and prepare reports.

· Meet schedules and timelines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking.
· Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
· Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
· Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
· Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and two years of increasingly responsible experience in a warehouse facility.
Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
COMPENSATION:
Up to $20.00/hour DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year of employment.
