EZ Living Interiors are recruiting a full-time Warehouse Supervisor. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking and have prior Warehousing experience, then this will be the ideal opportunity for you to join an expanding company.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the management of all warehouse functions in our distribution centre, delivering best-in-class service to our stores and customers. The warehouse is responsible for country-wide deliveries and on-site collections. The role requires the candidate to coordinate and manage their team, ensuring excellent customer service on-site as well as through our delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the warehouse team in the picking, loading and unloading of stock throughout the warehouse.
• Provide robust, capable leadership and clear direction to all team members.
• Manage all Belfast transfers in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work across two large warehouses to ensure the correct picking, loading and unloading of items both inbound and outbound.
• Supervise the daily work and safety of employees engaged in receiving, picking, replenishing and storing products, including all warehouse functions, receivers and day forklift operators and be the point of contact to warehouse team member for any queries related to their respective roles.
• Manage & assist direct reports to ensure daily tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Effectively communicate with Warehouse Management and relevant team leaders.
• Ensure all administrative functions for your team are completed correctly and on time.
• Monitor staff compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Should be highly motivated.
• Capable of working on their own initiative.
• 1+ years’ experience in Team Leading desirable.
• Previous experience in warehouse department supervision an advantage.
• Proven IT skills- Microsoft word/excel/outlook essential with strong ability to manage stock control systems.
• Strong organisational and self -management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment and to specific time frames.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment and with individuals at all levels.
