The purpose of the Warehouse Day/Clerical position is to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the processing of materials, equipment and products to ensure BEK operational efficiencies are met and maintained. • Organize and monitor inventory of all clerical supplies to ensure availability. • Review and evaluate product shipments to ensure quality is consistently maintained and proper documentation is completed. • Ensure BEK quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained. • Perform additional duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• 3 months of work-related experience required; or combination of education and experience • Food service industry experience preferred • Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines helpful • Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions • Basic data entry (10-key by touch) skills • Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications • Basic math skills, as well as ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs • Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot) • Good communication skills • Ability to follow instructions • Self-starter with ability to multi-task • Excellent organization skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environment • Customer-focused • Strong attention to detail • Good problem-solving skills • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
