We are seeking an experienced warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities in McMinnville, TN. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

• Prior experience working in a warehouse fulfilling ecommerce orders
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker for 2-3 years is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems to fulfill ecommerce orders — counting inventory, sorting goods, restocking shelves or driving delivery trucks.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds
• Knowledge of operating a forklift. Current forklift license is considered a plus
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
