The warranty coordinator is responsible for assisting the preparation, planning, and execution of residential (and commercial when required) installation of stone veneer and masonry projects for the market they work in. More specifically, this role supports warranty and repair work. This is a customer-facing role with an important role in quality assurance and driving an excellent customer experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of all warranty and repair stone installation and masonry work within assigned area
- Leads efforts to deliver on-time and in-full completion of installation warranty jobs, driving customer satisfaction and support
- Accountable to deliver on goals for the portfolio including support of strategic projects, as well as demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics
- Responsible for managing and recruiting teams of sub-contractors and internal masonry employees to complete warranty jobs
- Uphold a strong customer focus with the warranty and repair teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with sales, logistics, and support operations
- Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership, while working closely with estimating, project management, and sales to complete work and support processes including closing jobs and requests for material
- Drive cost reductions through timely addressing of warranty repairs, and properly identifying true warranty vs. billable repair work, as well as overall reduction of warranty issues.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in construction industry preferred
- Experience as a team lead or manager preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Understanding of the residential construction process
- Experience in the new construction/remodel industry preferred
- Knowledge of masonry and building products strongly preferred

*Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $70,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
