We minimize business interruptions by quickly analyzing the problem, providing a professional assessment of the damage, determine the services needed for complete restoration, reviewing scope of services with the adjuster, finishing the job on time, and following up to ensure total satisfaction.We offer company paid training and Great starting pay after training is complete. Come join our team today!Typical duties include, but are not limited to:Conducts demolition after a fire or flood under the direction of the Water Manager.Removes carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation, etc. Haul debris from job site to truck as well as moving customer's personal contents away from work area. Move proprietary dehumidifiers; air movers and other equipment to and from the job site. Any and all other duties as it pertains to the resolution of a disaster jobRequirements Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent Restoration industry experience required. IICRC certificate and ASD certification a plus.Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft. Carpentry and mechanical skills a plus. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.Requirements for Success:Able to work and lead efficiently and effectively in a team environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills are required. Maintaining daily documents and paperwork required.Customer service ability -- providing "high touch" service to our clients. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to remain professional and focused under pressure. Able to meet strict deadlines. Strengths in multi-tasking and prioritizing. Must exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be able to work a rotating on-call shift which may include weekends and overtimeMaintain daily communication with managers and other team members. Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
