The City of Fort Smith is looking for dedicated individuals to work at our Water Treatment Plants and Wastewater Treatment Plants. These plant operators are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the treatment plants in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality and utility department standards and policies. The incumbent performs manual and skilled work in the maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant according Environmental Protection Agency, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, and Utility Department standards and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.54 - $26.33 per hour
