JOB TITLE: Prep Cook

REPORTS TO: Assistant General Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all cold food preparation for restaurant and banquet.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sets up station for line production
• Preps and sets up salad bar
• Checks prep list for banquet production
• Reviews menu items
• Produces baked goods (desserts, breads, etc.)
• Produces bar menu between shifts
• Produces happy hour hors d'oeuvres (checks with Chef/Sous Chef)
• Maintains station and kitchen in sanitary condition
• Performs other related and unrelated tasks as assigned by management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Environmental Conditions: Inside: Protection from weather conditions but may experience varying kitchen temperatures.

Essential Skills: Requires familiarity with applicable franchise standards and procedures. Requires knowledge, skill, and ability in cold food preparation for restaurant and banquet.

Educational/Vocational Experience: High school graduate or equivalent. One year cooking and baking experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
