We are currently recruiting for Part time employees for our evening and weekend shift options based in our Wexford site.

The role:
As a customer agent, you will be working for Infosys on behalf of our partners as frontline staff supporting our clients by delivering a high level customer experience. In order to deliver the highest level of customer experience such skills as active listening, selective questioning, problem solving and showing empathy are required. All of these skills can be acquired during a pre live training environment which is fully paid.

Business hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm
Training provided - Training hours Mon - Fri 5pm to 9pm for 4 weeks then Grad bay for 5 weeks Mon, Tues and Wed evening 5pm-9pm and 1 day at the weekend (8hour shift).
Pay:
Base hourly rate paid at €10.50 per hour. In addition to your base rate you will also receive an hourly bonus rate of €0.72 for each hour worked - Excludes OT Rates. In effect for hours worked your payment will total €11.22 per hour.
