As a member of Worldwide Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, PR, field marketing, Apple Professional Learning Specialists, and cross-functional partners to provide meaningful experiences for educators. You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are expected.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the field of K-12 education
- Excellent track record of successful go to market strategies including complex concurrent campaign tracking and deep data analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing content creation, including oversight of creative assets
- Superb writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to brand integrity and style consistency
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, marketing metrics and story telling public relations, press briefings and social media campaigns
- Ability to learn, navigate, and work within digital platform tools with little to no oversight
- Fluent in drafting customer-facing communications
- Deep understanding of K-12 education and the challenges educators face
- Proven track record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Passionate and self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with word processor and presentation software applications, including Numbers/Excel, Pages and Keynote
- Ambitious and self-directed, with exceptional decision-making abilities, tenacity, and conviction
- Ability to communicate quickly and effectively, vertically and horizontally throughout the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with partners of different backgrounds and perspectives
- Highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability
Description
Drive go-to-market planning and execution including campaign metrics tracking and reporting for multiple channels Create and continuously improve marketing and communications content for the Apple Learning Coach program Act as a marketing and brand lead for the program, ensuring exceptional writing, design, and alignment to Apple style Edit and assure high quality and consistency of assets, including social kits, webpages, presentations, documents, and videos Determine the graphics, videos, and supporting materials needed to support marketing objectives Author customer-facing communications and responses Source impact stories to support the program (and our schools) in collaboration with PR Work closely with subject matter specialists to revise and maintain program Collaborate with field marketing to prepare the sales team for conversations about the program Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines Document processes and contribute creative and technical expertise Stay up-to-date on and apply best practices in education marketing Support executive in Keynote creation and drafting speaker notes Multitask and influence others to get things done Promote and participate in cross-functional team innovation, technology integration, process improvement and collaboration
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $209,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
