Child: Male, 15 years old
Needs Level: MEDIUM
City of Residence: Wausau
Schedule: 10 hours/week
Shifts will vary- TBD between employer & provider
- Tuesday 12:00 - 3:00 pm
- Thursdays- Flexible (after 10:00 am)
- Fridays- Flexible (after 1:00 pm)
- Saturday- Flexible (after 2:00 pm)
- Sundays- Flexible
Diagnosis: Member has OCD & Turrets
Pay: $17.66/hour
TASKS:
- Assist with snack/dinner (warm/prep food)
- Remind member of personal cares (member takes care of personal bathing/toileting but needs reminders)
- PLAY- member loves videogames, and going outside (does not enjoy to cold!)
Job Type: Part-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wausau, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
