Fulfillmate is a 3PL, fulfillment and distribution business with sites in California, South Carolina and Melbourne (Australia). We are a dynamic, customer focused 3PL that genuinely cares about our customers brands and products.

This is a “hands-on” position that will require a working knowledge of warehouse and inventory functions. Proven attention to detail highly preferred.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position leads the physical receiving, putaway and storage process and supports with picking and packing as required. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of all products in and out of the warehouse to support the warehouse team fulfill orders in a timely manner.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensures safety is a number one consideration on the warehouse floor.
• Recieving, dispatch, storage of pallets and cartons into racking
• Picking and replenishment of orders to support the fulfillmant process.
• Processing product returns on behalf of clients and booking returned stock back into inventory.
• Works with 3PL teams to identify areas to improve/enhance overall service to the Client
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience required
• Operational knowledge & experience with warehouse operations
• Forklift certification and training, shipping and receiving, distribution, documentation, and compliance highly preferred
• Experience using Warehouse management software and barcode scanning technology

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English is the principal language for this position. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Working knowledge of inventory Management software
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and lift boxes, move pallets using pallet jacks and forklift.

The employee is often required to walk and use hand and eye coordination. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT

• Normal working hours for this position are Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM
• Overtime may be required from time to time.'
