Job description
Position Summary: Assist the Accounting Team by taking responsibility and assisting in accounting tasks or projects that increase efficiency within the Accounting Department to strengthen the team and ultimately aid in supporting our treatments teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for several Accounting Processes; this includes but is not limited to the following processes;
- Bank Reconciliations and Cash management, Payroll Accruals and expense recognition, Intercompany accounts and Loan management, Revenue cycle management, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and Leasehold Improvements.
- Follow all internal controls processes
- Assist in the preparation of all Federal & State tax documents
- Assist with external Audits
- Researching relevant tax and accounting issues
- Assist in the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Review and Report Preparation
- Additional tasks and projects as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Two years of related experience in Accounting related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills
Preferred but Not Required:
- CPA License
- Intacct Experience
- Healthcare Accounting Experience

Pay and Benefits:
- $55,000-$60,000/yr (depending on experience)
