Accountant:
- Salary $60k to $80k will depend on experience, plus benefits (can select your plan company pays 70% up to 100% for employees plus 401k match.
- Location: Hollywood, FL.

Accountant Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Accounting Department including Billing, Procurement, AR/AP, Payroll, and Reporting.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
- Orchestrate and complete monthly closing of the books.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Work with the Executive Team to provide financial guidance and leadership.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
- Oversee and administer commission and utilization plans.
- Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
- Prepare and report financials related to maintaining lines of credit.
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Manage employee benefits, expenses, and payroll in conjunction with our PEO.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Accountant Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Must be highly computer literate.
- Practical knowledge of online billing systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and profitability analysis.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in an accounting position.
- QuickBooks Enterprise.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
