Farmers Insurance in Peoria, The Naylor Agency, is currently taking resumes for a Property and Casualty licensed or unlicensed Insurance Customer Service Representative position. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our agency and grow with us!

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team and help us continue the reputation we have earned. CSRs assist the agency in handling customer service issues that arise from running an insurance agency.
- Process customer policy change requests
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
- Work with agent and producers to help with sales process and on-boarding of new clients
- Take premium payments from customers
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Return all phone messages promptly
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming new products
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls
- Claims follow up calls
- Provides on-going support to the insurance clients as needed
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
Become licensed (We will enroll and pay for training and fees - must complete licensing within 60 days)
Possess and upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently
Professional phone etiquette
Problem-solving capabilities
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
