Administrative Assistant
Job description
The Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in advancing the mission and vision of this company. Much of the role will focus on providing administrative assistant support to ensure efficient operations of the office at CDC Pools. This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a high degree of computer knowledge, and is effectively able to communicate via phone and email.
Essential Duties Include, But Not Limited To:
- Data entry of new leads and work orders
- Scheduling jobs
- Interacting with our customers via phone and taking detailed messages
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Key skills/experience:
- Prior swimming pool construction/renovation experience a plus
- Strong computer skills/knowledge with the ability to learn new applications easily
- Experience with scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks without direct oversight
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Available to work mid-day shifts from 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. (REQUIRED) This role will be physically stationed at the Pearl Pool office in Raleigh, NC but will be supporting our Arizona based family company CDC Pools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
