Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Administrative Assistants to provide high-level administrative support to our Business Development Team both domestically and internationally, on a full-time basis, from our Waltham, MA office.
This position is responsible for maintaining and managing client contracts, preparing, and maintaining confidential/ proprietary reports and presentations, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Provide comprehensive high-level administrative services in support of Business Development.
- Help maintain and manage client contracts
- Arrange conference calls and meetings.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations
- Work on a wide range of projects and the handling of special assignments as needed
- Perform additional office tasks as needed
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple colleagues following assigned work priorities and established processes and operating practices
- The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate a flexible schedule which requires working during times that accommodate various global time zones.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an administrative role
- MS PowerPoint experience required
