Job description

We are currently looking for an administrative support team member who will be able to work as part of our travel retail team. This position is temporary, currently contracted for 6 months. You will be reporting to Bacardi’s travel retail department based in Miami FL (must be local to the area). Please apply if you have any experience in the areas listed below.

Job Requirements

  • Administrative Writing and report management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analysis and Problem solving

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • PO/Invoice tracking, management and reporting
  • Procurement team management for marketing and advocacy teams with SOW/DEP forms
  • Merchandising project support
  • Relationship management and building with retailers
  • Monitor and track installations with agencies (requesting measurements etc.)
  • Pop up support (tasting stock, GWPs, merchandising collateral, brand promoters)

Responsibilities

PO/Invoice tracking: 65%

Procurement team management: 15%

Merchandising support: 10%

Pop up support: 10%

As stated above this role is temporary with potential in the future to extend.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
