POSITION SUMMARY

Aesthetician / Body Contouring Specialist

As a body contouring specialist, you will meet one-on-one with clients to learn about their struggles with body imperfections and work with them to create their dream treatment package in order to improve their quality of life.

To be successful on this position, you should have a positive personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with all clients inquiries in a timely and effective manner. If you are someone who enjoys helping others live their lives to the fullest, we encourage you to apply!

OBJECTIVES

• World-class costumer service
• Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions clients have
• Provide valuable consultation
• Promote and recommend treatment plan
• Be able to explain every single procedure at the medspas, packages, memberships, referring programs options
• Maintain working area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Be able to help other beauty professionals if they are busy
• Inspect every single equipment used after work and before
• Operate Vagaro booking
• Keep detailed and accurate records of clients appointments and desires
• Be able to provide front desk assistance all information for each client after the appointment
• Be available for trainings at home (online)
• Notify office team if any supply needed for the treatments
• Take inventory of supplies in your working areas
• Sterilize all beauty equipment after each use
• Help with laundry
• Provide consultation with client's pictures and videos before the appointment
• Be aware of all the promotions and treatments in the spa
• Spanish/English fluently speaking/writing required
• Discretion with confidential client information is a must
• Proven success in sales
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
• Educate clients on the body and facial treatments

COMPETENCIES

• Has an eye for aesthetics in order to monitor and maintain the office appearance and cleanliness
• Knowledge of the MYVY BEAUTY LAB sales process in order to keep interested customers engaged in our products/services
• Ability to work on specific office equipment
• Ability to operate heavy hand piece medical equipment
• Ability to stand 8 hour a day ( Endospheres Therapy)
• Ability to learn new techniques

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Aesthetician or Massage Therapist Lisence

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods standing

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Weekend availability
