Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking an Assistant, Motion Picture Marketing. This role requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative and team support of the specialty and limited release group.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact regarding SVP Marketing’s calendar (scheduling & availability)
- Complete travel booking, expense reports, and ad hoc tasks at the direction of SVP Marketing
- Support SVP Marketing’s priorities and deadlines across a range of projects
- Assist with meeting support, including agenda creation, document preparation, and note taking
- Manage screening room reservations & conference room bookings for Marketing group
- Create spreadsheets and databases to organize information as needed
- Perform research and compile business information assigned by team as needed
- Prepare sales materials used to pitch film placement in theaters and digital platforms, among others
- Team’s primary point of contact for release information, invoice processing, and product and office supply orders
- Facilitate ad hoc requests across strategy, publicity, creative, and digital departments as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written skills, with strong organizational ability
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven, agile environment
- An ideal candidate is self-sufficient and quick to learn
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- College degree is required

Compensation
$40,000 - $43,000 annually
