About the Role
As the Assistant Property Manager, Employee is entrusted with the responsibility of assisting the General Property Manager in the following areas: accounts payables, accounts receivables, basic accounting, CAM reconciliations, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, properties, budgets, and equipment procurement. The Employee will assist with the operations of the properties and related departments such as the property management team, budget administration, financials and reporting, maintenance, energy management and sustainability, marketing, specialty leasing, construction security, lease administration, collections, tenant relations, insurance, real estate taxes, and any other duties as will become relevant to the properties.
The position is based in our Georgetown office. While we plan to expand our 900,000 RSF portfolio in the Seattle area, our existing properties are in Georgetown and Renton.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial (Office & Retail) real estate Property Management
- Prior experience with property management software, MRI preferred
- Strong accounting skills, able to create Excel spreadsheets
- Able to work independently and also in a team environment
- Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and desire to take on new responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of utilizing minimal information to derive a solution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
