$65K Salary Assistant Director

We are looking for a strong manager with proven capability of directing a large staff in the hospitality industry. The Assistant Spa Director will be a vital part of the team, running projects, directing staff, and managing budgets as part of the larger planning committee. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Director or Manager over both direct and contract employees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality related field.
• 2+ Years experience in General Management or equivalent, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Prior experience overseeing 30+ team members.
• Experience supervising contract employees.
• Real Estate Experience a plus but not required.
• Natural leader, capable of handling all task delegation and conflict resolution firmly and smoothly with professionalism.
• Spa Services and/or related management experience a plus but not at all required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
