Job Roles & Responsibilities

BA required for Digital Correspondence Project. This is a project relaunch so will require BA to review existing requirements and change in line with solution design updates which have taken place. Potential future phases of project will require additional requirements to be written. Project will impact following systems: B365 Online / B365 App / UXP App / BOL / BOI Card Care
Robotics – Duplicate Statements Process
Robotics – UK Account Closing Statement Retrieval
E2Vault & Engage One / Engage Hub / SMTP Gateway / Print Output
Landing Zone / MWS / Mulesoft
