The new Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Cafe in Downieville / Dumont CO (in the old Starbucks location) is looking for Amazing Baristas to join an exciting local Colorado company. We are seeking service driven people that share a passion for coffee and tea. We have 3 locations all supplied with high altitude roasted coffee from our roasting plant in Minturn Co. During our 32 years in the coffee industry we have created a fun company culture blending quality coffee, fresh baked pastries, outdoor lifestyle , and great customer service. We are passionate about coffee and are looking for passionate baristas. We are willing to train anyone that is people driven and interested in coffee or tea. In addition to a competitive hourly wage we have an equitable tip pool that can averages $9 - $12/HR . Join our team! Flexible schedules for parents with kids in school.
