Myticas Consulting is currently seeking HR Analyst for a contract position at FMLA Specialist/Co-ordinator with our direct client.

Description:
- With the direction of the Leave of Absence Specialist, effectively coordinates all cases/claims to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act, statutory leave programs, any company leave programs.
- Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, people managers and HR business partners.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience managing leave cases (FMLA, STD) experience with Workday.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information ability to effectively communicate.
