Position Summary:

Interacting with internal and external clients on a daily basis; analyzing and processing requests in a timely manner with little or no supervision; backing up various invoice related functions (i.e., special invoices, summary invoices, cash application); maintaining familiarity with billing and reporting tasks to support all areas as needed; solving problems and answering questions; assessing situations and initiating course of action; and phones

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Release all pharmaceutical and environmental invoices on a daily basis
• Research and respond to client requests (internal/external)
• Process environmental reprints
• Create unreleased invoice reports for both pharmaceutical and environmental
• Support all other billing and reporting functions as needed
• Support Office Services functions as needed including phones and overchecking databooks
• Work on special projects as requested
• Perform general support duties (including archiving and filing) for Billing & Reporting department
• Communicate with external and internal clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excel knowledge preferred
• Accounts receivable experience preferred
• Credit and collections experience preferred
• Customer service experience
