The Bookkeeper assistant works closely with the Accountant Manager to meet the department guidelines. In addition, the Bookkeeper assistant is responsible for assisting the Accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the business.

Essential Functions

Working closely with Accountant Manager to prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department. Establish records of accounts and input entries into to proper accounts. Daily Bank runs and process daily client payments. The Bookkeeper assistant must learn to be familiar with all aspects of the Accountant Manager’s job responsibilities’ and be ready to assume the role in cases of absence.
