JOB SUMMARY
Risk Analysts support corporate third‐party and customer cybersecurity and business‐related initiatives. They track, mitigate, and manage threats and impact to the confidentiality, integrity, continuity, and availability of CSI personnel, operations, and assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate and coordinate the completion of the Business Impact Analysis review process
- Work with managers and subject matter experts across the enterprise to identify critical business processes and to ensure adequate testing takes place
- Aid in continuity planning and event management that includes writing test and exercise plans.
- Create and revise business continuity plans
- Analyze documentation for completeness regarding business continuity tests and exercises.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business continuity management
- Complete Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery reports for management, regulators, and clients.
- Maintain information in the RSA Archer Business Resiliency system.
- Assist with training associated with business continuity.
- Assist with business continuity & disaster recovery tasks as assigned by management.
- Conducts risk assessments on business continuity/business resiliency risks.
- Gathers internal or external audit/assessment items requested as directed by management.
- Prepares reports on a periodic basis for management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Risk assessment reports and supporting documentation.
- Risk evaluation reports, plans, and associated documentation
- Manage threats and impact to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CSI operations and assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2‐year college or trade school.
Experience:
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years.

General Supervision. Assignments are both task‐oriented and objective‐oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Travel: Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and the basic need to look at a computer screen 8 hours a day.
