GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Within the Customer Portal Team, the Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner is the link between IT&D Group teams and business teams. Reporting to the Customer Portal IT Manager located in France, you will be part of an agile team working on all external customer portals (Rental Companies, Key Accounts and Dealers). It ensures the design, acceptance and level three support of the evolutions requested by the business lines both at the project level and during the maintenance in operational condition.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will intervene throughout the life cycle of business needs thanks to your functional expertise:
- Concepts around customer-oriented web portals: B2B, user experience, CMQ (e.g. sitefinity), ...
- Understanding and challenging business needs
- Gap analysis
- Modeling business processes and system flows
- User Story writing / functional specifications
- Writing test cases
- Non-regression (QA) tests including validation of web services
- Support for trades during their testing phases (UAT)
- Maintenance of documentation (global specifications, automated functional tests, ...)
- Privileged interlocutor of developers
- Ensures a technological and methodological watch
EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred experience in the field of transactional Web portals.
- Experience with IFS or M3 ERP systems, Oracle, SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience with Google Suite preferred.
EXPERTISE:
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills.
- ERP knowledge (Infor M3, IFS)
- SQL knowledge
- Project Management
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS:
- Primary role will be working with the internal developers and business customers.
LOCALIZATION AND TRAVEL EXPECTED:
- This position is located in West Bend, WI.
- International travel 1-2 times per year.
