LSA is currently seeking a Call Center Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is responsible for the daily business operations and management of the call center. The Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Director of Call Centers, Call Center Manager, and Assistant Managers with the effective use of resources and compliance with company Service Level Agreements (SLAs). LSA offers a multi-cultural working experience in a casual and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:

    • Coach, train, mentor, motivate and oversee call center coordinators
    • Capacity to handle multiple phone lines at the same time efficiently and in a confidential manner
    • Ability to handle a variety of processes, troubleshooting, and concepts that involve other departments
    • Manages the introductory period review process for new coordinators and completes annual reviews
    • Manages call center and interpreter resources to ensure coverage of call volume

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years proven management experience required
    • Minimum of 2 years in a call center setting
    • Excellent communication, business writing and organizational skills
    • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
