HPM Building Supply is seeking to hire a full-time Capital Projects and Facilities Manager.

The Capital Projects and Facilities Manager coordinates, directs, and manages the construction of new and renovation of existing business properties and the maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure safe operations and business continuity. This safety-minded individual also ensures the security and disaster resilience of company facilities.

The Capital Projects and Facilities Manager can be based in Keaau, Hawaii, or REMOTE but must be based in Hawaii.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or certification in facility management, building construction, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Five years of experience managing renovation or construction projects and facilities maintenance is required.
• Building construction or related trade experience and digital project management tool experience are preferred but not required.
• Inter-branch and inter-island travel is required.
