We are in need of TWO customer service champions to join our growing team. To be considered for this role, you need to be attentive, motivated, and reliable. Our business offers pack, ship, mail, live scan (fingerprinting), notary public and print services. We have TWO opportunities: One FT position 36+ hours per week and one PT position 24+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers entering and leaving the business *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Accurately process all cash and credit payments using a POS *Provide exceptional customer service *Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented *Organize files and perform other office related duties

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service *Basic mathematical skills *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Job is subject to Candidate successfully having a **clean background search** for Fingerprinting & Notary Certificates. We will train you how to do both! ***Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST** *Maintain a fun and happy attitude.
