The Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for coordinating each patient visit, including memberships and package sales, admin duties, and providing friendly customer service. This opening is for a full-time job opportunity in Midwest City. *Must have Weekend availability*

Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities

• Keep track of daily and monthly sales, process transactions, and plan contracts.
• Follow up with Wellness Plan members daily and record customer activity in AXIS CRM.
• Pitch Wellness Plans Memberships and Packages, and close patients on enrolling.
• Educate clients on The Joint's brand of chiropractic care.
• Multi-task when needed.
• Escort patients to their table in the open bay and assist with their belongings
• Ask patients to leave us a review on Yelp, Google, or Faceback to provide feedback from their service today
• Go above and beyond: open the doors, always come around the counter to review paperwork and speak at eye level while attentively listening to members
• Work a set schedule of 3 weekday shifts (9:30am-7pm) + a weekend shift (9:30am-5pm).
• Be responsible for your set schedule; abuse of the attendance policy will not be tolerated. The patients need you just as much as they need the Chiropractor

Chiropractor Assistant/Receptionist Qualifications

• Sales experience *membership sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for health and wellness
• Must have or willing to have chiropractic adjustments to relate to our patients!
• Team mentality
• Possess qualities of Integrity, Trust, Respect, Accountability, & Excellence
• Prior Chiropractic assistant or front desk experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic and workspace
• Open and closing procedures
