Eaton Group is an established growing law practice specializing in creditor's rights. As a member of our client services team, your responsibilities will focus on client expectations, performing assignments that support those expectations, and working to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements. Our client service specialists interact with clients on conference calls and one on one communications to problem solve. Additionally, as an integral part of the firm, you will have opportunities to help improve processes which increases efficiency and productivity.
Job Purpose:
The Client Analyst is responsible for ensuring tickets received in Administration are identified, evaluated, analyzed and processed in an excellent manner. Ultimate goal is for the client analyst to be a proactive force in the drive to find efficient and automated processes. Additionally, the client analyst will need to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Duties:
· Identify emails received through Client Services inbox and work in a timely manner or escalate when necessary.
· Able to identify, analyze and understand when and why exception reports are produced by client and coordinate with other Eaton Group personnel to find a positive systemic resolution.
· Problem solve manual processes to determine ways to eliminate manual needs and work with IT to automate responses.
· Act as a liaison between Administration/IT/Accounting/Legal on tickets received through Client Services email.
· Analyze data and systems to be a key player for creating a more effective process for automations of client requests and deliverables.
· Learning standard procedures as outlined in the work manual.
· Take a proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive the business, able to identify and react to new opportunities.
· Learn to utilize all Eaton Group software and enhance ability to use automated processes.
· Ensures accurate records for company and clients at a world class level.
· Learning all aspects of department and company while striving for continued improvement.
Effective communication within the organization.

Job Requirements:
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
· Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines and ensure an accurate product
· Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and requests concurrently
· Ability to work independently while also being proactive as a team player
· Positive attitude with the willingness to solve problems, take price in work, and grow professionally
· Good planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter
· 6 months prior customer service experience or communication liaison.
· 4 year college degree preferred but not required (typical major preferences include Communication, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science, Economics, etc.…).
· SQL/SSRS experience preferred but not required.
