Your Role With Us:

As the Wound Care RN, you'll provide professional nursing care to outpatients at the Wound Care Clinic. Assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of care plans and providing patient education.

Core Functions:

• Provide professional nursing care to outpatients at the Infusion and Wound Care clinic.
• Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of Plans of Care.
• Educate patients/family on appropriate plan of care.

Background/Expertise:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN, or Associate Degree of Nursing (ADN) - ADN with an agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.
  
• ADN's with 5+ years of experience will not need to obtain BSN or MSN.
  
• For internal applicants preference may be given to applicant with BSN.
  
• Minimum of one (1) year of acute care RN Staff Nurse experience required.
  
• Two (2) years of Wound Care experience is preferred.
  
• Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
  
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
  
• WOCN Certification is preferred.
