The WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC, a leader in providing exceptional health care, has a full-time opening for a CLINICAL STAFF MANAGER. RN, LPN, CMA or RMA required. This key position is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of all RNs, LPNs, & MA staff for this busy, independent, 15 provider, family practice. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, conducting employee evaluations, policy & procedure development, and budget management. While the position is mainly administrative, the ideal candidate will have no problem stepping in to provide patient care when needed. This individual will possess strong leadership qualities, foster a culture of respect and compassion, while maintaining the highest quality of care standards. They will assist in daily problem solving, and in the supervision and development of clinical support staff ensuring medical providers receive support and assistance.
