Currently Hiring:

We are looking to hire a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to make a difference on our team. We are growing and hiring more machinists.

UPI Manufacturing is an award-winning patriotic Christian owned company in a clean, modern, facility. Our mission is to supply critical military vehicle components to the US warfighter. We are located in Eagle, just 35 minutes (25 miles) west of Milwaukee. We are growing and are looking to add high value team members!

Job Description:

• Ability to step into our shop and immediately start making a difference in performance and production.
• Program HMC’s, VMC’s and Lathes using Mastercam primarily or Gibbscam.
• Set-up machines and get first piece approval.
• Optimize programs to balance efficiency and fallout.
• Troubleshoot machine tool alarms
• Communicates well with other team members
• Submits first off parts to quality and works with quality to assure conforming parts
• Makes sure all gages necessary to ensure quality parts are at the workstation

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions is extremely important and then to follow through in a timely, accurate manner
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Experience with blueprint reading

UPI offers an hourly wage plus health benefit contribution, dental, vision, 12 paid vacation days and 7 paid holidays.

Job Type: Full-time 2nd shift.

Shift Premium: 2nd shift $3.00

Willing to train.

Experience: machine, programming & setup: 5 plus years (Preferred) but we are willing to train.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
